Hi! I'm Becca.
I am a certified special education teacher with 10 years experience teaching reading and supporting language arts classes within the public school system. After the pandemic, I noticed an extreme need to educate our youth on executive function skills and how they impact our every day life, and empower their caregivers and school teams to support their individual growth.
My training as a reading special education teacher, combined with my passion for teaching neurodiverse teens about the hows and whys of their brain, has led to a brain-based approach and pedagogy. I love watching my clients learn more about themselves, encouraging them apply executive function strategies into their day-to-day life, while supporting their growth in the direction of their dreams.
My Mission:
To empower teens,
young adults, their
caregivers and school teams with foundational
executive function
knowledge, coach clients to put supports and strategies in place in their daily lives,
and celebrate growth as
goals are mastered.
My Values:
I promise a neuroaffirming
approach to coaching.
I value authenticity, connection, commitment, a healthy dose of fun, and grace as we work together to create systems of simplicity and success in your life.

"Working with Becca has been an absolute game-changer for my son! Before starting sessions with her, my son who has autism struggled with organisation, emotions, inferencing, comprehension and staying focused on tasks, However, under Becca's guidance, we have seen remarkable improvements in his executive functioning skills. Her approach is truly exceptional and she took out time to understand my son’s needs and tailored her program and strategies accordingly. What sets her apart is her expertise in building a strong rapport with my son and with the family she is working with. Her patience and understanding has been invaluable, and she always celebrates his successes, no matter how small, through her constant communication with us. Her background in education shines through in her approach and she incorporates evidence - based strategies into her sessions, which she confidently discusses with us. This has enabled me to better support my son's development outside coaching sessions. We are incredibly grateful for Becca's dedication and genuine care." - Navneet, mom of 13 year old son with autism
